Justin B. Nemeroff
Justin Nemeroff serves as both a business advisor and a fierce advocate for his clients.
Justin draws on his decade of experience as a commercial trial attorney, beginning his career at an AmLaw 100 law firm where he litigated high-stakes and highly publicized matters in courts around the country. During that, he was named by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” litigator for four consecutive years.
Justin assists his clients in all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit demands, mediations, discovery, trial and appeals. Justin routinely represents clients in business break-ups and partnership disputes, breaches of contract, fraud and business torts, real estate dispute, negligence and employment issues. Because of his litigation background, Justin is sensitive to the competing factors clients must weigh in anticipation of legal fights and works hard to obtain creative and innovative solutions with an eye towards reducing the risk and costs of potential litigation.
Outside of the courtroom, Justin serves as a general counsel for closely held businesses, including investment funds, real estate developers, start-up software companies, and car dealerships. He aids his clients in the life cycle of a business, from business formation and operating agreement to exit transactions or acquisitions. He routinely drafts, negotiates, and interprets clients’ contracts, leases, and loan documents.
Justin also helps prepare his clients for the future with a tailored approach to estate planning, ownership transitions and business succession planning. He prides himself on his ability to communicate and implement complicated plans in a practical and efficient manner.
